Dr. Anupam Basuray joined OhioHealth Heart & Vascular Physicians in 2014. He cares for patients with congestive heart failure and is an expert on cardiac transplantation and mechanical circulatory support. He has helped develop and grow OhioHealth’s left ventricular assist device (LVAD) program.

Dr. Basuray has been involved in clinical research throughout his career. He is interested in the mechanisms by which a failing heart can recover function. He has been published in several well-known cardiovascular journals and continues to be involved in a number of clinical research trials in heart failure.

A native Ohioan, Dr. Basuray resides with his family in the greater Columbus area.
