Built to Save Lives
The McConnell Heart Hospital, home to nationally and internationally renowned experts in heart and vascular care at the Riverside Methodist Hospital, was built in 2004 to provide state-of-the-art cardiac care to patients and their families. No other major hospital in Columbus, or the state of Ohio, has created this type of physical and medical relationship between its emergency room and heart service department who provide excellence in treatment for each individual heart.
