Choosing a hospital for your baby's birth is an important decision.  
OhioHealth is proud to bring you advanced maternity care at all our world class hospitals. Sign up for a 1 hour in-person or virtual tour and enjoy the opportunity to have your questions answered by an experienced tour guide as you view labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery areas. 

PLEASE NOTE: MATERNITY TOURS ARE INCLUDED IN CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION IN-PERSON CLASSES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE CHILDBIRTH EXPRESS CLASS AT MANSFIELD AND BERGER.  IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO SIGN UP FOR AN ADDITIONAL TOUR.

Learn the basics of newborn baby care before your baby's arrival in this 2.5 hour class taught by our parenting experts. Topics include newborn appearance, bathing, diapering, cord care, newborn sleep and more.

In this 2.5 hour webex class you will learn from lactation consultants about the natural process of breastfeeding, lactation and physiology of the breast, positioning, identification of infant feeding cues, nutrition and storage of breast milk.

A condensed 3 hour childbirth class for those who want the basics or just a refresher. The class includes an overview of anatomy and physiology, when to come to the hospital, and what to expect. Pain relief options and comfort measures will be discussed.

Register for Pickerington Methodist Hospital

A 1-Day Childbirth Workshop that reviews all phases of labor, pain management, relaxation, breathing techniques, when to come to the hospital and what to expect. This class is 7 hours with an hour lunch break. Bring two pillows and a blanket/mat to class.  Parking vouchers are provided. A Maternity Tour is included with this class.
