Our Outpatient Rehabilitation and Therapy Programs
OhioHealth's rehabilitation program includes a wide range of specialty therapies
Our therapists specialize in treating specific injuries and conditions. That means you can count on working with an expert who knows your condition inside and out.
Our Rehabilitation and Therapy Programs
Amputee Therapy
Amputee therapy helps improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance after an amputation. Our therapists also teach proper wound care and limb management, and provide training in using a prosthesis comfortably and with confidence.
Learn MoreAquatic Therapy
Aquatic therapy can make exercise easier and less painful because it takes pressure off of joints. You improve strength and flexibility, and usually reduce the amount of therapy you need.
Learn MoreBone Health Therapy
If you've been diagnosed with a low bone density condition, such as osteoporosis, bone health therapy can help. Our therapists provide modified activities and exercise programs that focus on maintaining your bone health and overall wellness.
Learn MoreCancer Rehabilitation
At OhioHealth Rehabilitation Services, our team of expert therapists makes a daily commitment to patients to deliver the best in care and expertise. The goal is to improve quality of life during and after cancer treatment and help you participate in activities that are important to you.
Learn MoreHand Therapy
If you have hand, wrist, elbow or shoulder surgery or injury, hand therapy focuses on building strength, reducing pain and scar tissue and regaining function. Our hand therapists and occupational therapists also use customized splints to help you regain as much function as possible.
Learn MoreIndustrial Rehabilitation
This comprehensive program focuses on your return to work after a work injury. We provide treatment to improve strength and endurance and evaluations to assess your work capacities and the safety of your work environment. If needed, we also provide modifications of your work duties to help you gradually work up to full-time status.
Learn MoreCommunity Mobility Program
Driver Rehabilitation
A certified rehabilitation driver specialist does a clinical assessment to evaluate your ability to safely be on the road. As needed, your therapists will recommend adaptive equipment and provide driver training and info on how to regain your license. They will also provide you with community resources should you no longer be able to drive safely.
