Our structural heart clinical trials
Medtronic APOLLO Trial
Individuals with severe mitral valve regurgitation may be eligible for this trial as an alternative to open heart surgery. Using a minimally invasive procedure, the mitral valve is expanded to restore normal blood flow.
TRILUMINATE Pivotal Trial
This trial uses a minimally invasive treatment called transcatheter tricuspid valve repair. While under investigation the clinical study hopes to show improvement to abnormal heart valve structures, reducing side effects such as fatigue, shortness of breath and heart failure.
ACURATE neo2 Aortic Valve Trial
Severe aortic valve stenosis is a condition that restricts blood flow out of the heart, causing it to work harder and potentially fail. This trial replaces unhealthy valves without surgery by inserting a small tube into your artery.
JenaValve ALIGN-AR Trial
This trial treats severe, symptomatic aortic regurgitation through a minimally invasive valve replacement procedure. This reduces symptoms such as chest pain, irregular pulse and palpatations.
