Hours: Everyday, 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and 1 to 3 a.m.
- Located on the first floor of the hospital
- Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner

Located near the cafeteria, in the Emergency Department and also near elevator A on the second floor.
- Patient Meals
You can select and order meals from a menu. If you miss a meal because of tests or therapy, your nurse will arrange for your meal upon return. Call (419) 520.FOOD (3663) to order meals, or a room service representative can assist you with meal ordering.
Hospital Conveniences
- Gift Shop
The Gift Shop is operated by volunteers of the Mansfield Hospital Auxiliary. Hours of operation may vary.
Please inquire at Volunteer Services or the Gift Shop for information on joining the Auxiliary and becoming a Gift Shop volunteer.
- Banking
Banking services are available through an ATM machine located on the main floor by the gift shop.
- Notary Services
Hours:
Notary services can be arranged Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. as staff members are available.Notary Services are provided by employees who volunteer their time separate and apart from their employment at the hospital. We cannot guarantee that a notary will be available. Advanced arrangements are recommended and can be made through your nurse.
Communications
- Hospital Directory
The Mansfield Hospital directory lists the name, room number, room phone number, general condition and religion of each patient, if provided. To protect your privacy, this information is only shared with people (visitors/callers) who ask for you by name, or by clergy who ask for you by religious affiliation. You have the right to have your information excluded from this directory. Please note, if you exclude your information, we will not be able to acknowledge your presence as a patient to any visitors or callers.
- Internet and Computer
Wireless Internet is available in waiting rooms, the cafeteria, patient rooms and hallways. To access the Internet:
- Go to the settings option on your device.
- Choose Wi-Fi.
- Verify that Wi-Fi is on for the device you are connecting to the Internet.
- Select “OhioHealth Guest Internet” from the list of networks presented.
- Press the “accept” button to connect.
- Open your Internet browsing application and browse.
- Phone
Cellphones are permitted in most areas of the hospital.
You can make local calls from your room by dialing “9” plus the number.
Long distance calls cannot be charged to your room. To make a long distance call dial the area code and phone number. An operator will accept credit cards, collect or third party billing.
Your room phone number is posted in your room. Telephone services may be different in maternity, psychiatric, critical care and step-down areas. If you have questions about calling hours on the floor, please ask your nurse.
- Mail and Flower Delivery
Volunteers deliver mail to patient rooms weekday mornings.
Mail that arrives after your discharge from the hospital will be forwarded to your home. Outgoing mail may be left at the nurse’s station or given to a volunteer.
Volunteers may deliver flowers to your room. Please keep in mind that large plants and flowers are difficult to deliver and remove when you leave. Also, live flowers are not permitted in the Intensive Care Units or in Cardiovascular Intensive Care.

Cable television service is available in patient rooms.
