We’re committed to helping you build a healthy life
Here you can combine your favorite aerobic activity with the day’s news, weather, sports and entertainment featured on our five-screen fitness theater. The OhioHealth Ontario Health and Fitness Center also offers more than 50 free classes each week, including aerobics, circuit training, senior fitness and pre-season conditioning for several sports. When your workout is finished, wind down in our spacious, clean locker rooms.

Friday: 5 AM to 7:30 PM
Saturday: 7 AM to 2 PM
