CPR Training for Healthcare Providers

This class is designed for nurses, nursing students, EMS personnel, therapists, and other healthcare providers to receive a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) healthcare provider card. Class includes adult, child, infant, two-man, and AED.

Cardio and Strength Combos

Build muscle and tone up from head to toe with these combo classes. Cardio combos from 8:00-8:45 AM, followed by Strength combos from 8:45-9:30 AM. Stay for one or both.

Columbus Area PSP Support Group

Monthly support group for those with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Corticobasal Degeneration and Multiple System Atrophy including patients and care partners.
