John J. Gerlach Center for Senior Health in Columbus
Specialized Services to Maximize Quality of Life
The John J. Gerlach Center for Senior Health provides care and support services for treating conditions that affect older adults, such as falls, memory loss, medication side effects, and advanced care planning that help them gain a positive perspective on aging and live life to the fullest.
Consultations may involve more than one visit, and include patient and family time with a clinical social worker, nurse and geriatrician to develop the best treatment plan for your needs.
