A member of multiple professional societies, Dr Sterkowicz is particularly interested in all aspects of cardiology, preventive cardiology, cholesterol treatment and multiple imaging modalities. Outside his professional interests, he is involved in many sports activities and is an active member of the U.S. National Medical Soccer Team. Dr. Sterkowicz is happily married to Beata Sterkowicz, also a practicing physician, and he is the father of two wonderful children.
Philosophy of Care: OhioHealth Heart & Vascular physicians and surgeons work closely with their patients to help them understand their conditions and treatment plans. They explain findings and recommendations in terms patients and family members can understand. They offer a personal, compassionate approach, caring for patients as if they were family.
