Since 1985, HomeReach Hospice has set the standard in end-of-life care in central Ohio.
Hospice meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of people with terminal illnesses. Hospice includes:
- Kobacker House, a nine-bed inpatient hospice residence
- home care
- short-term respite care for families
- volunteer training
- outreach and education
- community-based grief programs for adults and children
Donor support is critical to our mission. Gifts from individuals and companies, including memorial gifts, and foundation grants help maintain and expand our hospice services to those in need.
